	This is a photograph of a stunt organised by National WDM and carried out by B&H WDM at the Labour Party Conference last week. It is to highlight WDM's Dirty Aid Dirty Water campaign to protest against DFID's use of aid money to pay private consultants to push water privatisation on developing countries rather than supporting improvement of public utility provision.
